It is highly recommended to take the practice tests for each subject (Maths, Science, English, Cyber, G.K and Reasoning) before attempting GOTAK. This will give the student a fair idea of the level of questions that can be expected in the actual assessment.

Since only one attempt is allowed, the student should try and good scores in these practice tests.

ONLINE. The child will take the online assessment paper from the comforts of home. Only 1 attempt is allowed.

  • Section 2 - Science - Higher order thinking. (15 questions).
  • Section 3 - Mathematics - Higher order thinking. (10 questions).

  • Section 6 - G.K. (05 questions).

  • 90 Minutes.

  • Section – 2, Science (15 questions): Plants, Animals and Birds, Food, Human Body, Earth and Universe, Matter and Materials, Light, Sound and Force.
  • Section – 3, Maths (10 questions): Numerals, Number Name and Number Sense (4 digit numbers), Money, Time, Measurements (length, weight, temperature), Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division, Fractions.
  • Section – 4, Cyber (05 questions): Fundamentals of Computer, Storage Devices, Parts of Computer, Uses of Computer, Input and Output Devices, Introduction to Internet, Introduction to MS-Word, MS-Paint,
  • Section – 5, English (05 questions): Vocabulary, Spellings, Synonyms and Antonyms, Gender, Proverbs, One Word, Nouns, Pronouns, Verbs, Adverbs, Adjectives, Articles, Prepositions, Simple Tenses, Conjunctions and Punctuation.
  • Section – 6, G.K (05 questions):Classification into indoor and outdoor games, Elementary questions on various popular sports like cricket, football, hockey, basketball, skating, badminton, etc. Players related to the games, Great personalities, Important days, Cartoons and movies.
