About the Scholarship

HDFC Bank Parivartan’s Educational Crisis Scholarship Support (ECSS) Programme is an initiative to assist meritorious and financially needy students in underprivileged communities. The scholarship caters to school students (Class 1 to 12) and those pursuing Diploma, ITI, Polytechnic, UG, and PG programs.

Under ECSS, students facing personal/family crises hindering education due to financial issues, risking dropout, receive monetary aid up to INR 75,000.

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to Indian nationals.

• Students in Classes 1 to 12, diploma, ITI, and polytechnic courses (private, government, or aided schools).

• Previous exam pass with at least 55% marks.

• Annual family income ≤ INR 2.5 Lakh.

• Preference for applicants facing personal or family crises in the past three years affecting education affordability and causing dropout risks.

Benefits

• For Class 1 to 6 – INR 15,000

• For Class 7 to 12, Diploma, ITI, & Polytechnic students – INR 18,000
