Unseen Passage - Children, Pranks, and the Wise Old Man
On a warm day, a bunch of kids sat near a pond, seeking some entertainment. They kicked off their shoes and dipped their feet in the pond, playing around for a bit. As time passed, boredom set in.
At that moment, an elderly man strolled by. One of the kids suggested, "Let's have some fun with him!" They all chuckled and devised a plan to play a prank on him.
The children called out to the man, "Please, come here. We have a big problem!" The old man approached, looking concerned and willing to assist. "What is it?" he asked.
"Our feet are tangled. We cannot tell whose feet belong to whom!" The children giggled and exchanged winks. The old man, wise and kind, understood that the children were joking. Instead of getting upset, he played along, saying, "That sounds like a serious problem, but I think I can help."
Fetching a long stick, the old man returned to the pond and playfully tickled the children's feet with it. Each child burst into laughter, rolling out of the water one by one. With a smile, the wise man declared, "There, I have solved your problem!"
